Hi, my name is Lindsey Edwards, I first started my career working in a hospital as a Respiratory Therapist. I always loved helping others, and it has been a passion of mine for as long as I could remember.
When my husband and I found out we were expecting our first child, we were beyond excited! We felt as ready as any first-time parents expecting their first child would. We read baby books, went to prenatal classes, decorated the nursery with cute mobiles, nightlights and little gadgets that made sound and sparkled. In the months leading up to the birth I can recall so many of our friends and family laughing as they exclaimed, “say good-bye to sleep!” or “rest as much as you can, you’re going to NEED it!”
Just like that after my daughter was born apart from loving motherhood, basking in endless amount of love I had for my daughter. I felt very sleep-deprived, emotional and alone! My husband and I were up all hours taking turns rocking her, feeding her, using electronic devices to help and even co-sleeping. Whatever was recommended we tried, just to get any sort of sleep. Naps were proven to be just as difficult. I dreaded night-time and anything to do with sleep.
I grew more exhausted throughout the week and my stress was through the roof. I often wondered when would I be able to enjoy motherhood? How are other mom’s looking rested and their babies are so happy? Is this just my child? Guilt sank in very quickly and so did embarrassment, I didn’t want to tell people being a mother was hard, that I was getting no sleep, my child would often cry and I didn’t know what to do. We have all heard that it gets better over time, sleep will eventually come and they’ll outgrow this “phase”, but my family needed our sleep NOW!
This is when I came across "Sleep training" and it changed my life. I went from two-hour sleep periods to twelve-hour blissful silent nights and perfect naps during the day time. I had my life back; my mind was clear and my stress was fading. I was now that mom who was rested with a happy baby! My husband and I were able to reconnect and have our quiet evenings together.
This was when I knew that I wanted to help other parents with children who we’re having the same sleep difficulties get the rest they desired and deserved and a peace of mind to know their child is thriving with the proper amount of sleep.
This method of sleep training has changed my whole perspective on life and the wellness of sleeping. When I got the opportunity to make this my full-time career, I was eager to start my studies and become a Sleep Consultant. I now have the knowledge and success to educate parents and their children on WHY sleep is important and HOW to become better sleepers at night with my 98% success rate.

We are so unbelievably grateful to have found Lindsey and to have completed this program.
Parker is our first child and we really had no idea how to regulate his schedule.
He had multiple sleep crutches including rocking, singing and, the strongest crutch of all,
breastfeeding to sleep. He would occasionally nap, but only for 30-50min and at bedtime
he would initially sleep for 45min-3.5hrs, but the rest of the night he would wake up every
30min-1.5hrs. It was miserable.
My husband is the breadwinner for the family, so my job is to take the night shift.
To survive those first 7 months, Parker and I were bedsharing. Somehow I survived on little,
very broken sleep for 7 months, but it had to change.
I had previously tried another sleep program which had good info, but it was missing the ongoing personal communication. I needed to be able to ask questions, receive encouragement and
to be held accountable for sticking to the schedule.
The transition was still difficult, even with the support, but sticking with it has literally
changed our lives!
After the two weeks, Parker is able to put himself to sleep, transition from each sleep cycle,
sleep 9-12hrs a night in his own bed, in his own room!! I have more control over my life
and actually have ME time!

Lindsey is amazing! Our 11 month old son was impossible to get to bed and still waking every 2 hours during the night and needed to be rocked or nursed back to sleep. After less than a week of following Lindsey's detailed sleep plan, he was sleeping 11-12 hours a night, taking great naps, and was a much happier baby during the day.
